Diana Montes has over 15 years of experience providing company formation services to entrepreneurs and small business owners. In addition to company formations, Diana has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit income tax returns and audits, and payroll tax reports.  She brings experience from a variety of companies and industries, which allows her to offer creative solutions and enables “out of the box” thinking.  Diana is able to combine a thorough knowledge of tax law with the experience that she has gained through years.
