As a Marketing Account Manager, you will assist with large-scale outreach based on our client's needs. This includes developing content for social media and other digital campaigns, establishing budgets, monitoring projects to ensure they meet deadlines, and evaluating each campaign for effectiveness. Remote Marketing Account Manager Duties and Responsibilitie


 As a marketing account manager, your job duties involve communicating with existing or new clients to develop their account, coordinating with agency departments to create and implement marketing campaigns, and resolving any issues that arise.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and knowledgeable in everyday marketing activities. We want to see excellent communicators, with lots of enthusiasm, who’re ready to make a difference. Knowledge of our client industries matter as well. Specific job duties will vary. However, there are several core tasks common to all brand consultants, such as:


Responsibilities

  • Duties and Responsibilities Meet with clients to establish project scope and budget 
  • Develop marketing campaigns for both traditional and digital media 
  • Oversee each phase to ensure staff meets deadlines 
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns for effectiveness 
  • Collaborate with PR and sales staff to create a uniform message
  • Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs
  • Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget
  • Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans
  • Advise on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues
  • Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools
  • Liaise with the marketing department and external vendors
  • Monitor marketing projects and analyze results
  • Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas
  • Perform data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of SEO.
  • Research and stay abreast of current industry best practices and trends, develop and maintain digital search best practices, and promote digital search optimization techniques.
  • In collaboration with Sr. Branding Consultant, develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing Email marketing software (i.e. MailChimp/Drip)
  • Manage the process for reporting performance metrics to the Sales and Marketing team and relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize email templates; improve email process and efficiency
  • Drive mobile design and innovation; ensure emails are viewable on mobile devices
  • Continuously test, analyze and optimize emails and content to increase open rates, click through rates and other key email marketing metrics
  • Responsible for project management and managing calendar/schedules for email campaigns. Communicates schedules to all participants and keeps mailings on schedule
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting email deliverability
  • Develop and execute an effective social media strategy across all channels to grow brand awareness and build a strong social community
  • Create and amplify a consistent brand image and voice across all social media channels
  • Research and create visual content as needed i.e.. Case studies, photos and videos. Collaborate as needed on creative strategies and implementation.
  • Provide monthly social media performance reports focused on data and learnings
  • Create monthly social calendar of relevant events and initiatives and build strategies and opportunities for collaborations and partnerships when possible
  • Collaborates to develop marketing strategies with Sales and Marketing Team and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.


Requirements 

  • Proven experience as a marketing account manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of data analysis and market research
  • Knowledge of Marketing Funnels is a MUST
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Apt in writing proposals and reports
  • Communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications, business, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus


Skills and Qualifications

Marketing Account Manager are exceptional written and verbal communicators. They interact with a range of people while performing their job, so strong interpersonal skills serve them well. They must also know how to “read” those they wish to reach with their marketing efforts in order to grasp that group’s attention. Other skills critical to getting the job done include:

  • Teamwork – successful branding campaigns require collaboration between several departments
  • Attention to detail – marketing consultants make certain every detail gets the proper attention and that nothing slips through the cracks


Tools of the Trade

The consultant may use the following software and equipment in a typical workday:


  • Social media platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter)
  • Business tools (may include data analysis, CRM, and database software)
  • Design Software (Canva, Indesign, Adobe Illustrator)
  • E-commerce software (Shopify, Magento, or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Websites (Wordpress, Wix, Godaddy)



Consultant Compensation


  • Job Type: Part-time, Contract
  • Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
  • Performance bonuses may be a part of the total compensation package.

Graphic Designer Duties and Responsibilities of the job

This position requires a Dynamic Graphic designer who has a strong background in design theory, hands-on skills in the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio that spans various styles and industries. In this role, our dynamic Graphic Designer will:


  • Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports, etc. 
  • Design (or create) graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, magazine advertorials, etc.
  • Use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects and often select the type, font, size, color, and line length of headlines, headings, and text. 



 Knowledge in the following is a requirement:


  • The ability to transform statistical data into visual graphics and diagrams, often creating infographics, which can make complex ideas more accessible.
  • Decide how images and text work together in a specific layout.
