As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative (CSR at PBG), PBG helps underserved entrepreneurs recognize and overcome barriers in their journey to success. PBG does have a sense of obligation towards social and physical environments in which it operates. We do this by embracing responsibility and encouraging a positive impact through the company’s activities related to fostering a healthy business environment and partnering with consumers, employees, communities, and other stakeholders.
PBG believes that it is important to break down the barriers to business ownership and funding sources for underserved entrepreneurs by providing customized brand management and business consulting opportunities.
Our mission is to give those in need the opportunity to pursue their independent ventures, no matter what their socio-economic background, by giving them the necessary tools & resources they need to succeed.
Our goal is to create a safe space for (young) people to work together to find themselves, discover who they want to be, and gain the experience needed to know what they want to do with their life in order for them to pursue their dreams to start a business.
At our brand management firm, we take our corporate social responsibility seriously. As part of our commitment to giving back, we have developed a PBG4Good Partnership Program that helps underserved entrepreneurs overcome barriers and achieve success in their ventures.
Through this program, we provide the necessary tools and resources for entrepreneurs to succeed, regardless of their socio-economic background. Our mission is to give everyone an opportunity to pursue their independent ventures, and we work closely with our partners to ensure that they have the support they need to thrive.
PBG's Kickstart Youth Entrepreneurs Program is our signature entrepreneurial and philanthropic program which is fully funded by industry leaders in PBG's network and beyond. In this program, We rally behind young entrepreneurs (21 and under) in underserved communities who are looking for assistance with starting their business. We do this by providing sponsored branding and business consulting services which position the youth as CEOs who have a Network of support through PBG's consultants and creatives.
Most small business owners that are successful have support, but underserved entrepreneurs do not and need help. These are the ones that often do not know where to turn for help, so PBG breaks these obstacles down by creating programs for small business owners focussing on eliminating barriers that underserved entrepreneurs face so that they are no longer excluded.
We are proud to be a part of this initiative, and we believe that by empowering underserved entrepreneurs, we are helping to create a more equitable and just society. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact in our community, and we will continue to support initiatives like the PBG4Good Partnership Program to create a better future for all.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and by providing critical financial resources. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
