Brian has committed himself to make Henry County and the state of Georgia a better place to live, work and raise a family. His family taught him at an early age that giving back to your community is one of the most important roles in life. Brian has taken that and made it a priority in his own life.
So glad we had the opportunity to kick things off in a wonderful venue with great food an exceptional leaders. We had a chance to inform those in attendance of the origin of the Twelve@12 and why mentorship is so important. We were also able to give upcoming mentors an idea of what to expect in their session by having them be part of this one where Senator Brian Strickland told us about his experience with mentorship and how after struggling to find a mentor when he was in college, he turned to God to direct his path. Later he found a mentor in a colleague who encouraged him to run for office. His word of advice was to not simply take it upon yourself to move into a position before you are ready, but rather position and dedicate yourself until it is almost undeniable to yourself and others that the next step is not only the most logical one but that it was meant to be.
If you or someone you know is interested in learning how they can be a part of the Twelve@12 either as a mentee or how to become a sponsor, partner in this effort, please email info@pierrebrandinggroup.com
