This means delivering on the key principles behind innovation – leadership, creating networks, harnessing idea development, and managing an effective, and efficient innovation process.
Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DeVry University in Technical Management & Business Entrepreneurship. When it comes to Digital & Innovation, Lincoln's view is radically different from the norm. With Lincoln as a clear leader at the helm, he is able to champion innovation at all levels of the organization.
As Founder of WebMobileFusion LLC, he directs the strategy and Vision of the Digital Marketing Agency. Lincoln’s company, WebMobilefusion, has served as a marketing arm for many local businesses in and around the South East. Because of his of his ability to develop marketing strategies and successfully create and execute marketing programs targeted to institutional, business and consumer clients, Lincoln was sought after to become the Marketing Director for Heritage Bank. To get to an integrated electronic platform, Lincoln became an integral part of the process needed to replace their old core systems. As a result, Lincoln came to understand that to become digital, banks have to focus on electronic platforms and data as their core and branches as secondary. He was responsible for implementing systems that increased customer interaction such as online banking application, Chatbot and Mobile Banking.
Lincoln currently serves on the Marketing Committee for the Community Banker Association of Georgia. He is a former Board member of Connecting Henry and currently serves on the board of directors for multiple organizations in South Atlanta including; Southern Crescent Technical College, Kensley Grace Foundation, Co-Chair of The One Henry Economic Alliance Image and Communications team, Leadership Henry Board, and The Leader in me Board, sharing Leadership skills in Henry County Schools. He is frequently involved in and called on by Strong Rock Christian School's Parents Partnering with Patriots (P3) which is the school’s parent organization in which every SRCS parent and guardian is a member. He is also the Incoming Chair for the Henry County Chamber of Commerce.
