Lydia is the overseeing Sr. Director of Brand Management at Pierre Branding Group, LLC and Leader of the Brand Management team within the Pierre Branding Group organization. The Brand Management function is responsible for leading PBG’s marketing strategic planning process, cross functional calendar/program development, and measurement and optimization against clients brand and business goals. With ambition for creativity, innovation, and making PBG a best in class brand and marketing organization.
In her role as Brand Manager, Coach and Strategist, Lydia is tasked with managing all identity aspects of PBG Client‘s and Member’s products or services, as well as overseeing advertising and marketing initiatives to ensure that they’re in line with the brand’s identity and messaging. The nature of the role requires frequent interfacing with other roles and departments including research, product development, marketing, external creative agencies, and more. This is why it’s imperative that a brand manager is a team player and an exceptional communicator who can bridge these varied interests and create a unified message for the brand.
Robert Walters sums it up nicely: “A Brand Manager is responsible for adapting a brand strategy for a company’s target market. As the ‘brand guardian’, brand managers maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and may manage a portfolio of products.”
Clearly, her role is a multi-faceted one. However, Lydia sees herself as more of a Brand Coach because she is personally involved in the training and development of the client, analyzing their performances, instructing in relevant skills and providing encouragement. At times, she is also responsible for the guidance of the client in their lifestyle as well as their chosen industry. While some professionals prefer to have a laser focus on one aspect of marketing or advertising, some professionals like Lydia, are particularly well-suited to the demands of a role that requires both big picture-vision and simultaneously getting hands-on at the granular level.

Many view those who have achieved success in the Corporate world as being well connected, affluent, powerful entrepreneurs who also live a fulfilling life. To be a Socialite, you are viewed as socially aspirational, often quite posh and even aristocratic. However, one can only become a Corporate Socialite by combining these two factors.
Lydia has uniquely done so by utilizing her ability to leverage her connections and associations and blending her skillsets, flair, and bringing her appetite for fun to the "proverbial table", all while helping her clients climb both the social and corporate ladders.
